The Monthly Ministers Luncheon is the "huddle" of the AMA.  On the second Tuesday of each month, we gather in the Cross Timbers Conference Center at 404 Main Street for prayer, fellowship, encouragement, information, inspiration ... and food.

 

Pastors, church staff, ministry leaders, and community leaders are invited to join us.

 

Prayer - Those who can come early are invited to join at 11:00 a.m. for a time of focused prayer for the needs of our community. 

 

Food - Our catered lunch usually begins serving about 11:45 a.m.  There is no cost for the luncheon.  We have sponsors each month to cover the cost of the meal and facilities rental. 

 

Program -  Our program usually begins around 12:15 p.m. with a time of worship and announcements of upcoming events or special needs.  That is followed by our primary speaker from about12:30 - 1:00 p.m.  We try to provide a variety of programs that will encourage, inspire, and inform us as we seek to work together to bring the influence of Jesus Christ to every aspect of the life of our community.  (To suggest a program, email azleministries@gmail.com)

 

Sponsorship - Churches and businesses in the community are invited to sponsor one of our Monthly Ministers Luncheons.  The cost is $200  and covers the cost of lunch and the rental of the Conference Center.  (To sponsor a luncheon, email azleministries@gmail.com or click here to purchase online)

 

Offering - We receive a freewill offering each month at our luncheons.  This offering goes to administrative expeses for the AMA (postage, publicity, supplies, honoraria, fees, etc)
